- Students, faculty advisors, and administration will meet at the home campus and transportation will be provided to the Center for the ceremony
- Schedule:
- Students will report to their home campus 3 hours prior to the graduation start time at 6:30 am
- Transportation will leave the home campus for the Center 2 hours and 20 minutes prior to the graduation start time
- Students will stage in the banquet room at the Center
- Students will prepare to enter the auditorium 10-15 minutes prior to start time
- Transportation will be provided for students that do not have transportation back to their home campus approximately 30-45 minutes after the ceremony
- Students and faculty advisors will be seated on the stage
- Guests admission to the Center auditorium will begin 1 hour prior to the graduation start time
- All seats are reserved for the ticket holder
- Tickets will be issued Thursday, May 18, 2017
- Instructions for acquiring additional tickets:
- Students not utilizing all tickets are encouraged to return extras to campus administration
- Graduates needing additional tickets should check with classmates for extra tickets
- Arrangements for extra tickets will be made for students at a meeting on Thursday, May 25, 2016 at the home campus. Information regarding this meeting will be communicated by the campus. This meeting is for students only and students must present I.D.
- Additional dates may be added if needed.
- An overflow room at the Center will be used for a live broadcast of the ceremony for guests without tickets to view the ceremony and then have access to graduates after the ceremony. Guests may not enter the overflow room until after the graduates are seated on stage.
- Instructions for acquiring additional tickets:
- Students will be expected to dress appropriately for the ceremony
- Specific campus guidelines will be communicated to students.
- No hired video or photography is allowed in the Center.
- No flowers, balloons, noise-makers, or air-horns will be allowed in any part of the Center at any time before, during, or after the graduation ceremonies
- Food and drink will not be allowed in the Center before, during, or after the graduation ceremonies
- In preparation for the next graduation, students and family members will not be allowed to re-enter the Center after exiting
- Entrances to the Center parking will be off Main Street and Debbie Lane.
- Shuttles will be utilized in the parking lot to assist guests to the Center
